Suite Facilities:

• Internet access with broadband is provided in the suite
• Queen bedroom with electric blanket, luggage racks, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinet, clock radio, luxury linen, and fresh flowers.
• A day bed is available in the lounge if required for an extra person
• Bath / shower, vanity, toilet, luxury towels, heated towel rails, hair dryer, toiletries and bathrobes.
• Lounge and dining room furniture is restored NZ colonial oak and includes table and chairs, cabinet, dresser, entertainment unit containing TV, stereo / CD player, three piece lounge suite, coffee table as well as a selection of books and current magazines. There is also a telephone, fax and email.
• The kitchen has a microwave oven,
  dishwasher, cook top, electric fry pan, jug, toaster, crockery, glassware, fridge and includes a small selection of beverages for purchase.
• The patio has 2 x deck chairs, patio table and chairs.
• Complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits.

Studio Facilities:

A queen bed with electric blanket and quality linen, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, and two lounge chairs.
Fridge, electric jug, toaster, electric fry pan, microwave oven, cutlery and crockery.
TV, stereo / CD player, ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
Conservatory with cafe table and chairs, and storage chest.
Patio with a table and chairs.
Complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits.

Tariff:

Rates are double occupancy including goods and services tax and continental breakfast. $110 - $180 per night.
Catering options are flexible and by arrangement, including dining with your hosts
Bar-B-Que facilities are available for guests use.
Champagne breakfasts for special occassions, on request.
Discounted rates for long stays and off season.
