Overview
Large mature gardens and lawns surround the house; extensive patios overlook the garden and farm. The exclusivity of only two guest units with a maximum of four guests at any one time ensures your peace and privacy. A fully self contained suite with its own private access is provided in a wing of the house and comprises of a queen bedroom, separate bathroom, kitchenette, lounge / dining room with its own private outdoor patio. A studio unit is detached from the house and comprises of a queen bedroom, kitchenette behind folding doors, ensuite bathroom conservatory, and outdoor patio. A separate laundry comprising of a washing machine, tub and dryer is available for guests use. Guest off street parking spaces are provided.
Matariki also offers a stable and yards, available for livestock and horse accommodation with safe off street parking for horse floats, trucks etc. Pets and livestock by arrangement. Helicopter access is available for guided fishing trips or snow skiing holidays. A marriage celebrant is also available for small weddings; all associated details can be taken care of.
